Passion for providing clean water has been my advocacy from childhood, at the age of 9-16 years I and my mother came up with an idea of how to filter water. When we realized the taste was good and we received good recommendations from people we started selling it to our neighbors and
the community (street). I have worked in the water industry for over 15years focusing on clean portable water for every individual in Ghana. I studied communication studies at Ghana Institute of journalism and water treatment at center for education and advance training (USA). My Interest for clean and portable water has edge me to find myself in the borehole and water treatment industry just to be more knowledgeable in; Production of mineral water, Borehole drilling technics, Water treatment, its equipment and accessories.

ACHIEVEMENTS
I am currently the CEO of Naaviq Company Limited and United Nations Youth Ghana conferred on me to become the Ambassador for clean water and sanitation at UN youth Ghana (SDG6) due to my passion to train (skill) the youth in our society. Naaviq Company Limited provides Community Water Project, borehole drilling, water treatment, water consultancy, customized bottled water, dispenser mineral water and water treatment training. I have come up with my own solution for communities, homes, industries and many more that lack water. I have worked with Various Companies and Firms as Clients; In Water treatment and Borehole drilling, we have a client base of about 30 and still counting, In Water Supply, We Supply over 200 clients with water. My interest in excellence has earned me to become a Global Speaker in entrepreneurship
(International and global Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Universities as well as technical schools all over Ghana. I was selected alongside Prof. Stephen Adei of Ashesi University, to speak at the second transcultural leadership summit 2017 which is being held at Zeppelin
University in Friedrichshafen, Germany and selected as one of the promising 100 young people on the continent to participate in a youth forum with the former heads of state at the conference co-hosted by the Thabo Mbeki foundation (South Africa) and the Uongozi Institute
(Tazania). I was the Guest Speaker and Chairperson at the 6th Annual GNUTS Women’s Conference, I was also chosen as a contestant in the #water women competition organized by Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI), A Panelist at Chow Ghana/Essense 13 food forum, And a serious Advocate for drink water for health and not for thirst. I have also featured on media programme and networks such as Tales from the powder room on GHONE TV, Biz trends on GHONE TV and have granted a lot of interviews on our Ghanaian television stations and radio stations as well. I was once selected as one of the rising female entrepreneur in the male dominated industry on Uncovered on Starrs Fm.
Today my company has become a one stop shop for customized water treatment solution and expert borehole drilling as well. Being a woman in this male dominated industry people ask the question, how does she do it? And I answer, passion, focus and self-motivation.

NaaViQ Company Limited was born basically out of passion but it was a sub-company to a water treatment company until 2015, We decide to be on our own and give opportunity to the youth in other to enhance capacity building. It has been acclaimed and proven by all standards that water is
life! Therefore, it becomes obvious that quality drinking water could enhance good life. In light of this and other reasons, I Victoria Naashika Quaye, General Manager of NAAVIQ COMPANY LIMITED and a Partner also a Member of Ghana Chamber of Commerce and a trainee of CEA (College of Education Advancement) in USA on Water treatment since 2013 as a water treatment engineer was encouraged to establish NaaViQ Company Limited to primarily ensure that quality drinking water is made available to all and sundry in Ghana. Since the inception of NaaViQ Company Limited, it has helped to provide professional water solutions to diverse individuals, groups and organizations all over Ghana with exceptional results. It has also secured a formidable business partnership with internationally recognized companies in the water industry such as LINK, a manufacturer of various water purification equipment’s based in the Israel, David H. Paul Inc. in a leader in high tech water
treatment training and consultancy just to mention a few, a provider of world class and sustainable water treatment solutions to support the effort of NaaViQ vision to make potable water available to all and sundry in Ghana and beyond. Many communities lack access to potable water and this is why NaaViQ Company Limited is keen in making life easy by providing water solutions at affordable prices to its clients. NaaViQ Company Limited was established in September 2015 and started operations as a registered organization in September 2015, with recognition from the Ghana Food and Drugs Authority. We’ve been providing good drinking water to its valued customers ever since and a professional water engineering solution consultancy. We provide water solution to individuals and organizations of all sizes. Our commitment to provide quality drinking water signed us a contract with an international company, Crane Environmental, a leading supplier of specialized water purification solution for the world’s industrial and commercial markets gave us another boost and strong foot into the water industry in Ghana and beyond. Crane Environmental is the integration of two powerful and well known niche companies and brands in the water industry,
Cochrane Incorporated and Environmental Products both in the USA.

NAAVIQ Company Limited presently has three experienced top management body running the affairs of the company with several consulting agencies and partnerships to supplement their work. Today, Naaviq Company Limited offers Borehole drilling, Water Treatment; being it sea water, borehole water, well water and municipal water for drinking, washing, farming and many more, Dispenser mineral water, Water consultancy, Customized bottled water, Water treatment training, Sale of Dispensers, Sale of Dispenser accessories such as; disposable cups, disposable cup holders, dispenser bins and Bottles and Sale of Rio Antioxidant Alkaline water system. NaaViQ Company Limited is ready to serve all specialized water purification needs. The commitment to provide quality drinking water and customer care service coupled with the financial strength Given the fact that 70% of the human body is made up of water, NAAVIQ Company Limited has at the heart of its core values that any single drop of water entering the human body must be purified. We also take a consultative approach to clients need, realizing that a single solution approach does not work for everyone. We access the problem at hand and give a tailored solution to the client’s satisfaction.
This makes our after-sales service team to always be on the move (regular checks on equipment’s). Our people are crucial in the delivery of services and solutions to our clients. NAAVIQ COMPANY LIMITED has a staff strength of fifteen (15), consisting of professionals such as administrative
personnel, operations manager, sales manager, drivers, factory hands. We also have about 30 Contract Staff. These people are accredited to their various professional bodies and have practical work experience to deliver on the job. Some of our wonderful Clients over the years are, 15 Branches of Beige Capital including their Head office and their Academy, 3 SSNIT Branches in Accra, 5 FBN Bank in Accra, 2 branches MenzBank Kasoa, Fanmilk Kasoa, 2 branches Women’s World Banking, 3 branches opportunity Bank, 3 Stanbic Bank in Kasoa and Accra, 5 Glico offices, Esdan Company Limited, Paradise prayer camp, Acquah ans Acquah law firm just to mention a few.

CAPACITY BUILDING
Naaviq Company Limited in our quest to give back to the society and also increase capacity building trains everyone with the zeal to be a boss in the water industry. Naaviq wants the youth to divert from the normal learning of trade to be a boss on their own so we train everyone with at least (BECE Certificate), Staff of water treatment companies, water treatment equipment dealers, Beverage producing companies, mineral water producers, individuals who crave for quality drinking water as well as students with the water background. We train Students in hand pump installations, borehole pump installation and repair, Washing and servicing of membrane, Installation and servicing of automatic packaging
machine (KOYO), Installation and servicing of RO machine and Laboratory Testing.
AMBASSADOR FOR WATER AND SANITATION
As the Ambassador for water and sanitation UN-Youth Ghana, I have embarked on several sanitation projects. I collaborated with Grace Foundation and organized a clean-up exercise for Bubiashie and Atico community. I have worked with the Resource Centre Network (RCN)
Ghana to seek and promote knowledge management in the water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) sector in Ghana.

FAMILY, EDUCATION AND OTHER PURSUITS
I graduated from the Ghana Institute of journalism where I studied Communication Studies, Centre for Education and Advance Training where I studied Water Treatment, Aggrey Memorial Zion Senior High where I did my Secondary and Happy Home Academy where I enjoyed my Primary school’s days. I have also attended several Workshops/Conferences in leadership locally. I am an all rounded development consultant that has had years of diverse experiences in Public, Private and Non-Governmental Operations. As a Leader and humanitarian, As a young patriot, I was the head of Water Quality Assurance Foundation from 2013-2014. I am a proud mother of three amazing Children. Victoria uses 30%of her profit gained from other businesses to provide healthy drinking water and basic needs to under privilege children and communities because of her
determination, focus and professionalism. Victoria also shares her work ethics and skills with the youth who didn’t get the chance to continue their education by training them to be their own boss in the borehole and water treatment business. Ariana Diaries also through much on
my work on the subject ‘’ VICTORIA QUYE IS CREATING SOLUTIONS FOR AFRICA’S WATER CRISIS’’. Ytainment published about my ideas of how to create solutions to the world water crisis whereby GhanaWeb made a post on my work saying ‘’ Meet the Ghanaian woman
whose idea is creating solutions for Africa’s water crisis. I was recently nominated as part of the 40under40awards which took place on 4th October 2019.  I emerged
the winner under the category ‘SOCIAL ENTERPRISE’. To God be the Glory.
